Torino) with location in via Trofarello. Started with the
production of grinding wheels for internal grinding obtained

with Cincinnati Milacrom an American company located in Cincinnati,

Purchase of a Bickley
kiln from Germany. Also introduction of a new technologies
and quality control system (TQL-TMQ) from the United States. |

a diamond dressing rolls, both reverse plated and sintherized,
and later CBN and diamond wheels begin to complete the products

Years of investments:
purchase of machine tools from the United States, Germany
and Italy. Introduction of CNC machine automatic surfacce
grinder, and statistical tools for production control. Optimized
the production cycle with about 1,500 tons of material worked
with more than 80 employers. |

New manifacturing
plant for diamond rolls production, introduction of new technologies
such as Hardinge CNC machine from theU.S.A., automatic lathers
and grinders, supported by totally new high tech laboratory
for the final testing of diamond dressing rolls. Extension
of the manifacturing plant for grinding wheels, 1,500 sq.
m, and introduction of a new, automatic two-positions mold
press with a capacity ranging from external diameter 500 to
diameter 1067 and max. Thickness of 300 mm. Introduction of
a new Italian kiln and purchase of a new German CNC machine
for finishing: several sew machines for testing grinding wheels,
such as automatic balacing machines, automatic two positions
speed test, etc. |

Purchase of
a new manifacturing plant in Monfalcone, Gorizia, having
a toal area of 11,000 sq. m, with a coverd area of 2,500
sq. m. Here we will produce standard stock grinding wheels
and grinding whells up to diameter 400, segments, and wheels
for internal grinding. |

Several investments
in machine tools for the SIMAT Abrasivi S.p.S. Monfalcone
plant: molds, kilns, finishing machines as CNC, lathes etc. |

Monfalcone plant is finished,
production of grinding wheels under 400 diameter and tool

High development on production
of dressing rolls electroplated and sintered, many investments
are made, robot and automatic production processes |
