How to complete an order
To give us the change of ser ving You better and within the shorts
time, please include on all Your orders:
-- General information
A) If a standard grinding wheel, dimensions in mm.:
- outside diameter (OD)
- thickness (THK)
- inside diameter (ID)
- profile or special shape (if required)
- thickness of CBN on grinding wheel's radius
B) If an internal grinding wheel or a nut inserted:
- type of grinding wheel (shape)
- outside diameter (OD)
- thickness (THK)
- inside diameter (ID)
- spindle diameter and length (if with thread, sign the pitch)
D) Include on all Your orders the speed in meters per seconds.
- Grade informations
For all the product line we also need a grade, if You have any:
- concentration: see above
- type of abrasive
- grit size
- hardness
- structure
- type of bond: vitrified
From the complete and correct definition
of all of these characteristic, depends a good execution of an order.
